“I have been in healthcare since I was 16 years old. I started as a nurse’s aide/orderly. I was amazed at all the different fields of practice there were. I worked my way up to an RN. I have been an RN for 35 years total now. I wanted to do more in my career. I went to nurse practitioner school. I wanted to help people more than being an RN. I did Nursing Home, Assisted Living, Clinic, In-home Care for patients that could not travel, and now, Pain Management for the last five years. Compassion is the key to practice.”
